LONG LEASES IN ĐÀ NẴNG · FROM THREE MONTHS
Apartments and villas in Đà Nẵng, every one of them walked through by us. The owner pays our fee — you pay the rent and nothing on top.
Not a feed of listings. Not a feed. Every apartment here we manage ourselves and photographed on the day we visited it.
Our fee comes from the owner. Ask any agent who pays them — if the answer is “you”, you are paying twice for the same apartment.
Typical reply in daylight hours, in English, Russian or Vietnamese. Three homes that fit, not a catalogue dump.

Renting long term in Đà Nẵng
A twelve-month lease in Đà Nẵng costs between $480 and $1,900 a month depending on the district, the floor and how far you are from My Khe beach. Prices fall roughly fifteen per cent between May and August, and rise again from October. Utilities are almost never included: budget $30–60 a month for electricity in the dry season, when air conditioning runs most of the day.
Foreigners may rent any residential property in Vietnam. A lease of six months or more must be notarised, and the owner is required to register the tenant at the local ward office. Deposits are normally one month for a twelve-month lease and two for a shorter one. Ask for the notarised copy before the money moves — it is the only document that protects the deposit.
